My screen is ghost touching despite it not been broken

Have you tried to calibrate your phone for better accuracy? Look for the option on the settings> Display>Touchscreen Calibration. if issue isnt fix you need to re-paste the screen panel. This is due to the Phone LCD body frame possibly grounded.
