hey i can help take out the ink wipe the contacs then try search online on how to hard reset this specific printer do that after cleaning try then if it is not fixed ping me on discord at walker86391. ya with a fullstop try it then tell me exact problem like copy paste here by pic and also mae a video by printing smth i will tell i am a pro
