Blue screen of death

This is bad, very bad. Your machine lost key data on the TPM and now it wants a 48 character Bitlocker key, one which lost means complete data loss unless you can recover the key. See if you can get the key from this site if you used a MSA: https://account.microsoft.com/devices/re... -- if you used a local account, you're done unless you have a copy of the key locally.
If you can't get back in, use this guide to make a bootable drive: USB-installatie media maken
If you want to be sure sure the drive is clean, use this to securely wipe it: Diagnostiseren en wissen van harde schijven
I have seen this on the 64X G9 and G10 series (not my G11) but you probably should buy a mouse... Some Synaptic chips do not work well in the installer, and my HP G9 series machines were there, G6 and older weren't affected and G11 fixed it again.

I HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF BITLOCKER AS I HAVE NEVER USED IT
According to the image provided, you need to enter a security key. Microsoft says at aka.ms/myrecoverykey, you can find the key at https://account.microsoft.com/devices/re... if it was linked to your Microsoft account. If it was linked to a work or school account, go to https://aka.ms/aadrecoverykey. Printout and USB drive options are available so I would look for any items. If you cannot access or find your key, you will have to reset your computer which will erase all of your data.
I’m sorry if this does not work or the outcome has disappointed you, I’m only young (teenage), or if it has you are very welcome.
