The creen is blank

Please try connecting an external monitor to your laptop. If the screen is appearing as normal, it is more likely to be a hardware failure of some kind, that the screen module is broken, loose or damaged cables etc., and the faulty component would need to be repaired or replaced.

If your problem appears on an external monitor too, it is more likely to be a software problem, it can be faulty driver or a GPU problem. Try making sure that you have all your firmware/drivers/BIOS up to date and try making a clean install of your GPU drivers. If your running windows 11 you can on-top of this also go to Settings > Windows Update > Advanced Options > Recovery and then select "Fix problems using Windows Update" by pressing Reinstall now.
