Hi
If the phone was opened up before, it could mean dust has been entered into the phone onto the lens. If you want to open up your phone and try cleaning it with a microfiber cloth or a professional cleaning kit. If it was not opened up before, sand or dust could have entered if you live near a beach or a dusty place.
