Hi!
That is not possible.
All the software is installed on the internal SSD. This is not changeable. Also, you cannot run PS5 games directly from the external storage. You can run it from the M.2. SSD, but also the M.2. storage cannot be set as the "main drive". But you can change where the games need to be installed to as default (only for the M.2. storage) by going Settings > Storage > Installation Location
You cannot do this for any external storage device.
