It's the dripping part, the espresso part is still in function, correct? You need to open the device and take a few measurements. Take a multimeter, and in particular measure the resistance of the heater. At 120 V, the value should be around 10 ohms, and at 230 V around 40 ohms. If not, it is defective and needs to be replaced.
