Only power key is working

Power key is working; however, the rest of the keys are not working. Please do enlighten me on how to fix my device. Additionally red light on the keys always lights up.

Is system boots? Try to connect the USB keyboard and test entering the BIOS with it. If external keyboard is work, that means problem is in internal keyboard module, or software problem in the OS.
