Dust in microphone + Overheating

• I have an issue with the top rear microphone of the phone. There are some dust stuck in. I had tried to remove with thin objects but I afraid of scratching the screen and damaging the frame.
• And the phone sometimes overheats. When I'm charging and casually using. Is there any methods that I could use
