Probably a translation issue, but just to clarify, when you say "pannel" (panel?), you are talking about the screen, or display, is that correct?
What do you mean by "not working"? Does the touch screen function? Is there no picture? Does the phone turn on? We need more detail in order to help; four words isn't enough for us to go on.
