Well I was moving to a new house and I got my Xbox and we had to get a new internet for the house so when we got it I want to play some games so I try to connect to internet and puting the password in the right spot but it just did not want to connect.

Hi!
Do other devices work when connected to the wifi? I think this is most likely an issue with the router.
Did you tried with an ethernet cable? Does this work?
