Budi Nugroho, I purchase very frequently through Alibaba for the last 3 years. Never had a problem with quality or payments. Some of the shipments have taken as long a 6 weeks. I believe that Alibaba is just an organization that pulls different manufacturers together. The individual items will come from those, while Alibaba just brokers the deal. If you have been waiting for a long time or have other problems, do make use of their email contacts. They do have very decent customer service, for now :) Hope this helps, good luck.

I know they (alibaba) work sort of like ebay. But more if you wish to buy in bulk and you can actually bargain for best price. One thing in mind is their reliability. Since you have been dealing with companies in Alibaba for 3 years, I am pretty much confident in purchasing with one of them.
Any recommendation for best company that sells iPhone parts? Thanks.
Budi Nugroho, thank you for accepting my answer. I purchase mostly iPod parts and use Alibaba.com as well as TVC-Mall.com a lot.
I noticed that there was a comment that was rather negative. but it has since been deleted for spamming. That comment was made by another manufacturer of IC from China, who is also selling through Alibaba. Again, I can only reiterate, I have never had any issues buying from any of the Chinese suppliers. Actually alibaba is mostly for B2B, I use taobao because most of my repairs are single cases.
It's from the same company, though.
