8BitDo Pro 2 - New potentiometer needed

Hey everyone! I'm looking for some guidance.

I picked up an 8BitDo Pro 2 from marketplace today for dirt cheap. The ad said it had stick drift before and after firmware update and they tried to take it apart to no avail.

So I picked it up thinking I might get lucky. I have worked on PS5 dual senses so I know the basics of what I'm doing. The potentiometers definitely have a grittiness to them.

So I'm looking to upgrade this from the old potentiometers to the new hall effect ones that are currently being sold. Would anyone know where I could pick some up?
