This may help. Perhaps some debris of some king has got stuck under the key.
Be very gentle and take your time. Is the little soft plastic "dome" which acts as a "spring" for the key to return to normal position in good shape?
Otherwise I guess replacing the keyboard.

Looks like the "8" key is stuck. Have you tried gently lifting it up to see if the "8" stops repeating on the screen?
