There is this guy in Facebook marketplace selling a s24 ultra live demo phone, he says you can't make calls because it's a demo....is there a way for me to remove that if I buy it from him?

Hi,
Demo phones dot not have an IMEI number associated with them so you won’t be able to use a SIM card.
You still have all the other functions of the phone to use.
