There is nowhere to enter the network unlock code

I hace already the code to network unlock my S23 ultra, the problem is I have nowhere to put it.

I already tried to enter a different sim card (I have already tried with 2 from other brands) but the phone doesn't promt the menu when I turn it on, and when I try to run the ussd code, the phone tell me it just support emergency calls.

I don't know what else to do :(

@raulmolina80214 this "phone tell me it just support emergency calls" means it can't read your SIM card. That is why it is not giving you a place to enter the information. Contact your service provider to make sure you have valid SIM cards Have you ever checked if this phone is locked or blacklisted. Do an IMEI search and see if there is anything in the background of this phone. Of course, it is also possible that the SIM Card reader simply has failed. Let us know what you find out.
