Try a power refresh and check if that resolves the problem.
Turn off the phone and then remove the battery from the phone.
Press and hold the phone's power button for 30 seconds and then release it.
Reinsert the battery and check if it turns on OK.
Here's a video that may help. It shows the battery being removed at 1:25 minutes into the video.
