Why self test keeps on fail?

I have a issue with this machine . the preesure relif valve and the expiratory valve keeps on faling on self test.

i have replaced the valves but the problem still same .

and one one problem sometimes the flow sensor passed and some times shows fail .

need help !!!!!!!!!!!! urgent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
