Hi @audinguyen,

Can you hear if the compressor motor is running?

Perform the refrigerator's Self-diagnostic function during normal operation test and check what error codes are shown.

The error codes and their possible causes are shown on the following pages in the service manual.

If there's a faulty part that needs replacing, here's a parts list that is useful, as it shows the manufacturer's part number for each part. Search online for the part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.

If the faulty part is in the sealed system, e.g compressor, then depending on your location, you will need to get a licensed repair service to fix it, due to the environmental regulations regarding the handling of refrigerant gases.

@audinguyen,

Is the compressor motor operating or not, you didn't say?

The compressor not running would account for the warm temps i.e. no refrigerant being pumped through the system.

If the compressor is running then it is either a faulty compressor or a leak in the sealed system i.e. no refrigerant in the system.

In either case depending on your location, you would need a licensed repair service to check this out,. This is due to the environmental regulation regarding the handling of refrigerant gases. Also they have the correct equipment to do the checks.

Which fan, the one in the freezer or refrigerator?

If there's water there, it seems like the drain tube from under the evaporator unit is blocked and the defrost meltwater is backing up and overflowing instead of draining into the drain pan under the cabinet.

Not sure if there's two tubes (one from under each evap unit - refrigerator and freezer, or whether they're both connected to the same outlet), but here's where to check at the bottom/back of the cabinet.

Depending on which compartment the "wet" fan is, you need to access the evap unit (remove panel at back inside the compartment - access through the door at the front) and then pour a measured amount of water - 1 cup down the drain tube and check that all of it reaches the drain pan at the bottom. You'll find the drain tube hole under the evap unit, usually in the middle.

There is no error code. It only showed the temp.

We found the water in the connector where the fan is attached and in the foam at the back of the fridge. We wondered where the water came from and made the foam are wet. We squeeze the foam; the water is coming out.

The fan is running but no cold air coming out to the freezer and the fridge.
