Hi Ahmed!
A blinking blue light is most of the time caused by a faulty APU.
And so the APU probably need to be re-balled to work again.
You could try a reflow first and this probably will solve it, but is most of the time temporary.

It's not easy, with this video you can decide if you want to do the repair by yourself or not.
