Double-check speaker wiring and make sure mute feature is not accidentally enabled. Check menu options to make sure head unit is not set to preamp-only mode. Also check to see if there are HI/LOW settings in the menu for amplifier output. This setting might be related to an optional Alpine Power Pack amplifier/booster.
