How to clean the mic and speaker from mdf sawdust?

@alaahajba if it is MDF sawdust, you know that stuff is fine and a PITA to remove. It your case, time to disassemble your phone. Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for that, use something like this video Once your phone is disassembled use a brush and some "canned air" to blow the dust out of the phone as well as the speaker. Poking and probing with needles etc. will not remove the dust.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
