Help pc not displaying output

My pc boots to fast to have time to enter the bios. I’ve tried to enter recovery mode/ safe mode but after the pc restarts to do so I don’t get any display output. This is the only time this happens

I used cmd to get into my bios but id still like to fix the issue of no output

What is the make and model number of the PC or motherboard if it is a desktop custom build?

If a desktop, what is the make and model number of the GPU card or does it use onboard video?

If a GPU card what is the make and model number of the CPU?

If it is a laptop, try connecting an external monitor (TV?) to the laptop's HDMI port (if it has one) and check if there's a display showing on it from the laptop. You may have to press some function keys to switch the display to the external monitor.
