Hi @iampragnan71004

Try using the laptop's WiFi as close as possible i.e. <15cm from your home network router and check if it detects the network signal OK.

What s the full model number of the laptop, as shown on the product information label on the bottom of the laptop?

  • Does other devices see wifi at that location? Could be a dead zone.
  • If there is a wifi switch (or airplane mode) on the laptop (either a function key or even a mechanical switch), may need to toggle it
  • Windows 10 and 11 have a Airplane mode in the wifi area, and it needs to be OFF, for the radios to work
  • Try restarting the system, as it may be a OS/driver issue; the login screen has a wifi button, and should show the networks...
  • Try shutting down the system, give it 5 minutes, then turn it on, as it might reset the hardware if it had locked up.
  • Could also be the wifi is disabled in the bios, or the card is faulty, or there is a driver corruption.
