It has an account on it I got it given to me and I can't get the account signed into or removed so that way I can use the tablet how would I get it removed to use the tablet I'm locked out

If it was given to you, why can't you just ask the person that gave it to for the credentials or have them unlock it for you, either way, you are making it seem a little odd and maybe someone else can help you but personally I don't help with these type of things.
