I end up cutting this black ribbon after opening the cover, what is this and how to fix it?

@adonisalsaad that is your NFC Antenna module. You'll have to replace the motherboard cover since that module is part of it. Replacement parts are available at plenty of places like this (Not an endorsement of the seller, just an example.) Use this guide Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite Screen Replacement right up to step 10 do replace it.
