We've seen this happen with other phones, but typically the culprit is the cable that connects the display to the motherboard not being seated correctly. If your phone is still under warranty try and request a repair with the store you purchased it from, or from Samsung. Or, if you are able to/comfortable with it you can try and open the phone up and reseat the display cable to see if that helps.
iFixit doesn't have the guide for this phone yet, but you can follow along with this tutorial. I'd also highly encourage you to document your process and post your findings here.
