Fuse FU691 and FU 692 are both on the DC/DC pcb.

UPDATE:
Maybe you're looking for the wrong type of fuse as these are smd fuses, so they're very small
Here's a link that has an enlarged image of what they look like.
Here's an image from the manual showing where the DC/DC pcb is located in the camera and also an enlarged view of the DC/DC pcb showing where the fuses are and what their Canon part number is.
Use an Ohmmeter to make sure that the fuses test 0.00 Ohm i.e. a short circuit, as this means that they're OK.
If a fuse is faulty then search online for the part number to find suppliers.

@dangoc your camera is a Canon PowerShot SX120 IS?
door oldturkey03
Dear Sir. Exactly. I found a manual for canon sx120 that is quite similar. It is from canon sx100is. i understood the diagram. However, on the sx120is, the DC/DC PCB ASS'Y circuit board is soldered to the two +- terminals from the battery, so i had to a way to remove it to observe. Thanks Y so much.
