S21 5G - display tinted green and behaving weird

So recently I replaced the battery on my S21 5G and in the procces I used a fair amount of 70% alcohol to soften the battery adhesive. I removed excess alcohol but some of it inevitably ended up behind the bottom daughterboard that has the usb-c and sim card slot, the phone turned on normally with the new battery and all was well for the rest of the day. However the next morning the screen wouldnt turn on even though I could tell the phone was still on because I could still get calls, shortly after this the screen came on but it was very green with strong horizontal lines flickering on parts of it, the image was barley usable but everything else worked normally. I tried everything from restarts to disassembly and reassembly of all the flex cables and the daughterboard, no amount of cable reconection got the problem to go away and I discoverd some corrosion on the very inside of the sim card slot. Now heres the kicker if I press the phone hard enough or slap it sometimes but not always the screen goes back to fully normal for a little bit but quickly reverts to green flickering lines after a few seconds and weirder still if i just switch the display refresh rate to 60Hz the display goes almost completley back to normal except it still has a pretty noticable green tint and flashes for a second when being turned on or off. Now my dillema is this: Im pretty sure the damage is related to the 70% alcohol used when removing the battery and the corrosion proves this but is it possible that it is some other connector or small board somewhere that has to be replaced, maybe even the screen cable or something, Im pretty much hoping for any alternative to replacing the entire screen because that is simply not worth it unfortunatly and the 60Hz with green tint is kinda annoying to look at. Any help, advice or personal experience is welcomed :)

@markobudor it's the 30% of water in the 70% isopropyl alcohol that most likely caused this. Anyhow, there really is not much you can do. Only thing really is to replace teh display.
