Ouch! That's the connector between the battery and the logic board. This is permanently attached to the logic board and not designed to come off. This might be repairable by somebody experienced in soldering, but it would be a bit of a bodge job because the pads have been ripped off on the logic board side.

@wci819akttglm4z @chrisgreen is absolutely correct. Fixable? Yes, but it needs work. Here is the pinout. Blue is negative and Red is positive.

You could run the positive and negative jumpers to C6950 and C6960 Something like this

I would hesitate to use those pads as jumpers alone, as there's a lot of current that can flow through that connection. I don't have the schematics for this machine handy, but I'd look for large contacts I could make a connection to with 2+ wires 24AWG or larger. Though there are some inefficiencies in the process, charging/discharging the machine's 12V cell at ~100W will result in over 8A flowing!

@chrisgreen totally agree with you. There are many of other places to connect jumpers to. Just giving the OP some options. I would definitely split this as well. Hopefully the OP comes back to let us know which way they want to go.
