I got no power. Don’t know if it’s a loose cable or something else.
I have no power. Their seems to be no current in the system no lights nothing is working please help

Use a DMM (digital multimeter) to check if there's 24V on the output plug of the power adapter that is used to power the.
If there's no voltage then it is either the cable (fracture in cable, adapter end or the plug end?) or the adapter.
If there is voltage then it may be a faulty DC-In jack or something else. The device will have to be opened and tested to find out.
If you don't have a DMM can you try using a compatible power adapter and check if it works when plugged into the device?
