Can you hear the disc spinning after it has been inserted into the player?
Can you hear the laser lens shuttle tracking back and forth across the disc trying to find it?
If you can try cleaning the laser lens in the player and check if that resolves the problem. (supplier examples only)
If you can't hear the disc spinning or the lens shuttle then it may be a faulty disc drive or a further problem in the player. Please confirm the model number of the BluRay player?
