Biometric can't work

I have changed combo (display) by technician. After that Biometric stopped working. Fingerprint sensor calibration needed & contact your customer service.

@mahadeok62 make sure that you do not have a screen protector on your screen. Then try to set up your biometric again

Go to “Settings”.
Tap “Biometrics and security”.
Tap “Fingerprints”.
Enter your PIN, pattern or password.

LEt us know what happens.

If you still have no results you do want to go ahead and get your phone into the hardware diagnostics. For that dial *#0*# Once in that menu, test your sensors.

It is also possible that the display was not properly seated etc. You do want to take it back to whoever replaced the display for you and have them correct this.
