Logo comes on than off, nothing happens, need to disconnect bat
A client came in saying the screen turned black, I tried new screen and new battery, logo comes on once and then off, any thoughts ?

disconnect front flex and check again, if that doesnt work try disconnecting the charge port

When I tried a new screen I did not transfer the front flex, that illuminates it. I will try disconnecting the charge port.

If possible, a reset of the phone will work or if not possible due to possible data loss connect it to your windows computer and use itunes to restore the device by clicking the "Restore" option or if you have a mac use itunes on older versions or simply use finder on newer models.

So I tried disconnected the flex for charging port, if I did it right its the one just beside the battery connection, still nothing. Reconnect everything and plug to lap top and it doesn’t even recognize it, like if it was completely dead.
it appears the problem is not the screen, it may be the power. Have you located where the power is going using a power meter? Depending on where the power ends that's the broken part

Not much experience testing, I don’t have a power meter, just a multi meter. Any help on how to test would be greatly appreciated.
Since you do not have a power meter and just a multi meter, it works as well. You're just checking for where power is going.
Ok so I have a power meter hooked up and the amp measured is .4amps looks too low but not sure the specification I am suppose to have?
