Hi, My PlayStation has these weird graphical issues. Whenever I boot it up, it boots up fine, but it produces these weird vertical lines. PlayStation Model is SCPH-9001 if that helps.
Ignore the purple hue in these photos, that’s the TV not the PlayStation.

I believe this is an issue with your reading laser, but I would try resurfacing the game tested first. Also are you connecting it via AV or HDMI? That cable might need to be replaced.

I’m using an AV cable. This also happens when there’s no CD in it or I’m playing music.
