My blue tooth speaker is flashing a code instead of powering on

my blue tooth speaker was flashing a turquoise color and also ever 3 minutes would play the shutdown tones, but not shut down. now it powers on for a few seconds the flashes turquoise 4 times and shuts dow. What does this mean?
