iPhone 12 Pro Microphone not working

Unfortunately, suddenly my phone's microphone does not work in certain conditions

It doesn't work during a video call, but it works when recording a selfie video

It doesn't work when recording voice with Voice Memos or apps like WhatsApp, but it works when making a voice call

It also works when I record video with the rear camera

iOS has been updated to the latest version

The microphones are clean

All applications have permission to access the microphone

The phone settings have been reset

I would be grateful if you could help me to solve this problem
