Can cold temperature damage it?

Since there is a special liquid in it, can it be frozen? If so, it won't be damaged? I am afraid, because if i order it, it will be stored in parcel machine, which is located outside where is cold.

No, it won't damage the iOpener. The iOpener is like an icepack/hotpack.

1 Opmerking:

@jri_creator is about right. The iOpener contains Glycerol. So let's say iFixit had the glycerol mixed with water at a common 64/36 or a 2:1 solution, the freezing point will be in the -40 deg C (-40deg F :-) region. Even then it will not freeze but turn into a very thick and viscous liquid. Also, there is minimal expansion only, so the risk of rupturing is low. Check it out.....:-)
