Sumit Kumar, we really need more to go on to help you figure out what's wrong with your phone. For example, when did the problem start? Did anything happen beforehand like being dropped, getting wet or perhaps a firmware update? Does the phone indicate anything when you put it on a charger? Is there any sign of life under any circumstances?
As you can see, there are all kinds of things that can go on, so there's just no way to tell what's wrong without more information.
