Why is it not charging

Hi i have the blendjet 2 and its been just 2 months since my impulse buy, barley used and its not charging as well. I think it's because its not properly designed for IP and the water is entering through the usb c port while cleaning. i saw green tarnished copper there and its corroded connector and thus its rendered useless unless we change the port. I will check if i can replace mine. I had contacted blendjet support and they said its out of warranty. wasted my money on this infernal junk (wont even call it a machine)
