Laptop hinge too tight

I just got my laptop back from repair for nearly constant coil whine (changed mobo didn't fix that but not much else I can do there myself), and one of the hinges now keeps the lid of the laptop too close to the body, causing it to rub a bit when opening, can I somehow loosen it? There's a nut at the end here but not sure whether that'd help with it and how to even get to it properly
