Hi @abrahamlencho, do you mean that your phone is stuck on one screen? If you're not able to turn it off manually, let it die and then turn it back on after it charges.

@abrahamlencho if it still does not work after you let the battery drain and then charge it to restart your phone, I would suggest you try the Recovery mode from here.

  1. Turn off the device
  2. Press and hold Volume Down key + Power key until the phone vibrates
  3. Let go of the buttoins when your phone vibrates. You should now see XOS Chameleon with No command
  4. Hold down power key about 2 – 3 seconds and press Volume Up key to enter Android Recovery
  5. Use Volume keys to select Menu
  6. Use Power key to Confirm

Be careful here that you do not clear your eMMC or set it to Factory mode. that will delete all of your data (pictures/contacts, etc) What you can do in that menu is to run either an Auto test or a Debug test and see what that tells you. After that reboot.

BTW you can also pop the back cover off and disconnect the battery. Then let it sit for a few minutes and reconnect the battery to see if that works.

Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for this, use something like this video to get the back cover off. While you work on your drive, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do. It's easy and fun to create these guides. https://ifixit.com/Guide/new The iFixit community will appreciate this.
