Check the drain hose above the evaporator pan where it exits the compartments .
Normally they are removable as they are offered as a spare part. Item # 84 systems parts diagram (part # 240500801)¹
Try checking from that end to see if the blockage is there i.e. try gently inserting a length of thin wire and see how far it goes.
¹ Your model is a rebadged Frigidaire refrigerator model made for Kenmore hence the Frigidaire parts being used.

What do you mean by a "clogged defrost line"?
Do you mean the drain tube that runs from below the evaporator unit inside the freezer compartment to the evaporator pan which is located under the refrigerator near the compressor motor?
What is the problem with the refrigerator?

Yes, that is exactly what I mean. I tried flushing it out with hot water. The evaporation pan is empty and very dry and water is collecting underneath the drawers inside the refrigerator.
