Search online for XT2215-1 sim tray (examples only) or XT2215-4 sim tray (examples only) to find suppliers that suit you best.
Not sure what exact model you have but it seems that both model numbers pertain to the phone. It may be a colour or service provider difference I don't know. In any case it should only affect the phone's appearance if it is the wrong colour, not how it works.
