@itsabssam you are not telling us if they did just all of a sudden appeared or if something happened to your phone. The most common issue would be a broken display. I would start with replacing it. Use something like this video for the repair. New displays are readily available. Just do an online search and select a vendor of your choice.
If a new screen should not fix this, you will need to check the LCD connector on the board as well as the board itself for missing components etc.

Hi Omar,
Green lines on a screen are almost always a result of a bonding failure between the glass that the circuitry is printed on and the flex cable attaching it to the motherboard. That sort of damage isn't repairable, so replacing the screen is really all you can do. See @oldturkey03's answer for information on a video showing you how to do that replacement, assuming your phone is the same as that for the original poster.
First tell me lines are vertical or horizontal otherwise please change the folder

Please read @oldturkey03's answer above and include more information about when the problem appeared and anything that might have caused it such as being dropped, exposed to liquids, etc.
And, of course, if your phone isn't a Vivo 1907 you'll need to tell us what kind of phone you do have.
