Touch screen does not work. Alexa response is intermitant and continuously asks to repeat the command. Have already tried all factory reset suggestions and still having same problems. Is there somewhere I can send it to have it repaired.

Hello there,
I think it will be better just to get a refurbished one for 55-70$ from some of the famous e-commerce sites in internet.
The display repair will cost I think more.

I had a touch screen issue with my Echo Show 8 Gen 3 where when you scroll it would say a letter instead of scrolling. A single letter with each scroll attempt, sometimes choosing an option of you don’t scroll the right way. Then I realized it was spelling the title on each line one letter at a time with each swipe! In order to reach the 8th of around 15 lines had to painfully listen to it spell each and every letter of each line to reach the accessibility option in setup then turn off the option for VoiceOver intended for those with limited sight. How this was set on I have no idea. Maybe a factory reset would be easier but maybe still the default.
