Is there a shop I can go to because I cannot do it at home?
@husnabasiri not sure where in the world you are located but with access to parts any decent repair shop should be able to help you out. If you need to, you can do an online search with terms like "Beats Headphones repairs". There are people that have specialized in Beats repair.
I live in Annandale Virginia and could not find anyone who can fix my beats
