I have a PC of this vintage. It runs best with an SSD vs. an HDD (and for Win10 i would suggest at least 4GB RAM) 8 is better. With these specs, it can be a bit sluggish when updating, etc., but just fine for everyday computing. If you need help with specific upgrades please add a follow up question.

The system will be slow. This have only the solution is must need to replace the old hardisk and use SSD . The system become very fast and performing one....

@lindanisokhela slow is subjective. When do you think it is slowest? On start up, accessing files, accessing the internet? What have you checked? Does it access your HDD often (does the HDD LED flicker a lot)? What OS (Windows) version are you using? Is it a HDD or SSD? What size is the HDD and how much storage do you have left? How much memory does your computer have?

Accessing the internet. It's flicks alot and it takes long to respond even if I press the power button .I'm using a windows 10 it is HDD I got 267GB out 500 GB.
