Hi @manonbeland,
Is there sound when you turn on the TV?
If there is sound, then with the TV turned on, try shining a flashlight at an angle close to the TV screen and check if you can see any images on the screen.
They will be very faint if there are any to be seen, so trying this in a darkened room may help
If there are images to be seen then there's a backlight problem with the screen.
Please confirm the model number of the TV
