i have a model FTQ3521WUX Samsung range have a code -6E-. what is my problem burners work oven will not.

Is it an SE code rather than a 6E code?
If it is, then this indicates a defective key on the control panel.
Unplug the range and then open the control console and make sure that the wire harness is plugged into the oven electronic control board properly.
Check the wire harness for damage.
If the harness looks OK it may be the control panel or the control board.
What is the full model number of the range oven?
Asking because this parts supplier shows 14 different model variants all beginning with the FTQ3521WUX number. This is only to ensure that the correct parts (or part number) for your model can be found in case of a faulty part
